4. Booking and Payments
a. All bookings made through the Service are subject to availability.
b. Prices for services are subject to change without notice.
c. Payment is required at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled trip will be eligible for a 75% refund.
b. Cancellations made between 8 and 14 days before the scheduled trip will be eligible for a 50% refund.
c. No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled trip.
6. Intellectual Property
a. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jungle Meet Adventures and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
7. Links to Other Websites
a. Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Jungle Meet Adventures. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
